This is a tasty and economical stir-fry your family will probably like.


  1. Brown and drain ground beef.
  2. In clean pan saute ground beef with the garlic a few minutes. Add the oil and all vegetables with the black pepper. Stir and cook about 5 minutes then add about 1tbsp soy sauce and cook about 3 more minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining soy sauce with the water and corn starch. Add to the stir fry for sauce. Serve over hot rice.
