This is my Great Grandma recipe that everyone in my family loved. Hope you enjoy as well.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 -8 large onions
  • 6 lbs tomatoes
  • 2 lbs jalapeno peppers
  • 8 small hot yellow peppers (chili capins)
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 14 cup sugar
  • salt, to taste
  • spices, as desired (Lowry's)

Directions

  1. Grind with course grinder.
  2. Preheat oven 250?. Put peppers in and turn often. Do not brown. Bake until skin can be peeled. Peel while still warm.
