Great Chicken Wings

ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings, tips cut off & cut in half at the joint
- garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- oil, for browning

Sauce
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt & pepper
directions
- Prepare wings.
- Sprinkle heavy with garlic powder.
- Refrigerate 1hr.
- Mix flour& cornstarch in a bag.
- Dip wing in eggs then in the flour mixture.
- Fry in a pan with oil until browned.
- Layer in a large baking dish.
- Mix all of the sauce ingredients & pour over the wings.
- Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
- Can be served hot or cold.
