Excellent butter tarts. Just the right amount of everything. I put way more in each one and still had enough filling for 16. Thanks for posting this recipe!
This is a GREAT recipe. They were gone in no time!!!!
This recipe was good but not my favourite (I'm vary particular about my butter tarts) I found that using only 1 tbls of filling in each shell the recipe would have made way more than 16. I ended up making 20 with 1 1/2 - 2 tbls of filling in each
I found this recipe very easy to make (with a packaged pie crust in a muffin tin), and very tasty, thankyou! I made this without nuts as I didn't have any on hand. next time I think I'll be adding some walnuts or pecans :)
Made these for a last minute dessert tonight. Very good, nice and soft and not too runny.
These were enjoyed by the whole family! I soaked the raisins in warm water even though they were soft so that they would be just a little softer. Didn't use nuts so they were lunchbox friendly for the kids! Great recipe!

Wow I can't believe that I am the first one to review these wonderful little tarts. My family & I enjoyed them very much. They were easy to make, ready quickly, but best of all the ingredients are ones that I always have on hand.(this could be bad) The tarts are not overly sweet, but creamy, and so tasty, with a nice crisp crust.
