Hot spicy appetizer
- 1 lb lean hot sausage
- 3 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 (16 ounce) packagescubed processed cheese
- Brown sausage and onion in large skillet and drain off fat.
- Add tomatoes and green chilies and mix.
- Add cheese to sausage mixture and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
- Serve hot in chafing dish with large chips.
