From a store hand out
- 1 1⁄2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Toss grated carrots with rice wine vinegar and sugar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve with your meal.
