Directions

  1. Grate the apples.
  2. Drain and squeeze pulp to get out as much moisture as possible.
  3. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, butter, flour and egg in a bowl
  4. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
