My favorite ending to any meal. Great to have on hand too as I like a small "taste" before bed sometimes!
- 5 quarts good quality French vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup green creme de menthe
- 1 cup clear Creme de Cacao
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Soften ice cream slightly.
- Mix in the other ingredients.
- Return to freezer.
- To serve spoon into tall champagne glasses and garnish with a chocolate wafer.
Yum. This is a very good treat after slaving away in a hot kitchen cooking for hours. This would be terrific in summer for enjoying by the pool.
