We made these for Christmas this year and they are very rich! Cut them like pieces of fudge.

  1. Heat oven to 325º.
  2. Grease 13x9 inch pan.
  3. In large bowl, beat ¾ cup powdered sugar and ¾ cup margarine until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in melted cooled chocolate.
  5. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  6. Add flour, baking powder, salt, 1 tablespoon milk and ¼ teaspoon mint extract to margarine mixture; mix well.
  7. Dough will be stiff.
  8. Press dough into greased pan.
  9. Bake at 325º for 15-25 minutes or until center is set.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. In large bowl, blend all topping ingredients; beat til smooth.
  12. Spread over base.
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. Store in fridge.
