Green grapes, milk, vanilla yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla all blended together. I from this at Calorie King. My family really enjoyed this smoothie. The kids asked for more and even said yum! When I made this smoothie I used Splenda brown sugar and I forgot the ice.
- 1⁄2 cup green seedless grape
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
4 Stars, pleasantly sweet, not cloying, great way to enjoy a milk serving. Next time will add protein powder to qualify as breakfast. Made for Healthy Choices ABC 2008.
