Perfect for a fast, easy breakfast. Grapes are high in Vitamin C and potassium, and this is pretty low calorie. From 'Relish' magazine.

Directions

  1. Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and sugar in blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.

This was a terrific new treat to have a grape smoothie. It tasted delicious and easy to do without ice or ice cream. Delicious! Keep 'em coming!

I did make a could of adjustments to this recipe, in that I used a vanilla yogurt instead of the plain kind, then left out the additional sugar! I also froze the grapes before making the recipe, just to give it a nice frosty chill! I liked making it with the 2% fat milk & will be adding it to my growing list of smoothies to make & enjoy! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Cookbook Tag]
