Scaled it down, but shouldn't have because it got apocalyptic attention. We doth love a good salad.
Made for a pot luck and had 4 people ask for the recipe. It was too sweet for my taste, but DH and the majority of people at the pot luck seemed to think it was perfect. Made using fat free cream cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, and Splenda. Will be tucking this away for another pot luck as it is quick, easy, and a Big Hit. Thanks so much for the great post.
We loved this! I did scale back on the sugar some for everyone else but added a bit to my personal bowl. I liked the added nuts (pecans) but the kids didn't. I will definitely make this again! Thanks
