This recipe is from "Green Hills Garden Club Cooks...Favorite Recipes from Vicksburg, MS" (Nancy Watkins). Excellent!
- 1 lb grapes, 1/2 red and 1/2 green, wash and dry
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- Wash and dry grapes.
- Add grapes to cream cheese mixture and stir.
- Put into bowl, cover with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3/4 cup chopped pecans.
- Chill until ready to serve.
I made this for our New Year's breakfast and it was sooooo good. I will definitely be making this often. Thanks!
