Great for breakfast or dessert
- 4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup Post Grape-Nuts cereal (I usually use a little more for extra sweetness)
- Scald milk.
- Mix egg, sugar and flour together and add to the hot milk.
- Boil until thick.
- Remove from heat and add cracker crumbs and grapenuts.
- Optional: Toasted coconut can also be added to the top.
- Chill & serve; you can also serve warm.
