Lovely, slightly sweet bread! Would be wonderful for French toast or bread pudding, or a plain old peanut butter sandwich. The bread maker crushes the granola such that it adds a little texture without being lumpy. Only change I made was to use powdered milk rather than dry powdered buttermilk. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for PAC fall 2007.
