Recipe by SMCC Chef Tony

This is a great recipe for energy providing granola bars that I use on hiking and kayaking trips.

Yum, this is delicious! I used raisins instead of dates but otherwise followed it exactly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is they weren't really bars, more like a chewy granola but that's o.k., I'm having a little late-night get together with some friends and we're all enjoying this immensely. Made for PAC Fall '08.
