Granny's Pound Cake

A simple pound cake. This is my grandmother's specialty. A favorite of mine since I was a kid.

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add the flour and mix well.
  2. Add vanilla stir and pour into a bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Made this GREAT POUND CAKE as directed, & had a wonderful taste treat as just plain ol' cake ~ Also very nice when topped with some homemade peach sauce! A very simple recipe that takes no time at all to whip up, & I like to think of it as making 16 servings, 'cause then it makes all those 'Nutrition Facts' look so much more appealing!
