    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the 2 eggs, salt and 1/2 cup milk. Slowly add the flour and sugar, whisking until smooth. Blend in the remaining 1/2 cup milk. Pour mixture into hot buttered baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, around 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with sugar. Cut into wedges. Serve as is or top with strawberries or maple syrup.
