  1. Soak the apricots, sugar and dried fruit overnight in the cold tea.
  2. Stir in morning.
  3. Add egg and flour.
  4. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°F.

Yum! This is incredibly easy to make and the tea makes it taste really good. I used Earl Grey and the recipe works really well. Your Gran knew what she was doing!
