This was extremely popular at my house. I made as directed, baked it in my large cookie sheet with sides. I will absolutely make this again. Thanks!

Excellent pumkin cake Sherri!.... it rose very nicely and was very moist and fluffy, I like to make cakes that have three or four eggs and cake flour in the ingredients, I did cut down on the oil and the sugar and used 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cup of white, which worked out well, and baked it in a large jelly roll/cookie sheet.
