  1. Delicious! I used a 9" round metal cake pan since my 8x8 was otherwise occupied. Also used a combo of mozzarella and jack cheeses and cut the pepperonis into quarters so they would distribute better when pulling apart the baked biscuits. Thanks for sharing!

  2. My 3 three boys gave this one a thumbs up. I thought this was easy and quick. I used a can of store brand butter-flavor biscuits and spaghetti sauce as this is what I had on hand. Worked out great. Thanks!

  3. Loved it! We doubled the recipe b/c we have a big family and it was devoured!

  4. As a parent of a 4 year old boy who loves pizza, I wanted an affordable, at home version that he could help make himself. We had a great time, it took less than 10 minutes to get dinner in the oven, even with my 'assistant chef' helping. Flavors were impressive given the minimal ingredients. For an adult version I would definitely add additional pizza toppings & spices, this is a great starting point to make it your own.

  5. This was delicious even though I assembled it incorrectly (oops). First, I browned and drained 8-oz of ground hot sausage. Then I cooked some onions and bell peppers. I dumped this mixture into my casserole dish along with some cut-up pepperoni and pepperoncini. On top of the meat mixture, I put the sauce mixed biscuit pieces. I sprinkled with Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, crushed Oregano, and Pepper. THEN I added Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Doing it this way meant we had to leave it in the oven about 10mins longer (I checked after the original baking time and the biscuits in the middle were still tacky).
