I made this dish for breakfast and soon after, found out that my Great Grandmother used to make this dish a long time ago also. They used to call it 'Grandmother's Eggs'... It's easy and very quick to make... hope you enjoy!

  • 1 slice of your choice bread
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • butter

Directions

  1. First, you take your slice of bread and butter it.
  2. Then, you cook your eggs. They have to be scrambled. No special scrambled recipe need there, just however you like your eggs scrambled.
  3. When they are done, place them on your bread.
  4. Dice your bread and eggs; mix them together.
  5. Serve while still hot.
