"I made this dish for breakfast and soon after, found out that my Great Grandmother used to make this dish a long time ago also. They used to call it 'Grandmother's Eggs'... It's easy and very quick to make... hope you enjoy!"

  • 1 slice of your choice bread
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • butter

directions

  • First, you take your slice of bread and butter it.
  • Then, you cook your eggs. They have to be scrambled. No special scrambled recipe need there, just however you like your eggs scrambled.
  • When they are done, place them on your bread.
  • Dice your bread and eggs; mix them together.
  • Serve while still hot.
