The straight recipe is easy to make and makes delicious light, moist muffins that taste great. And so little sugar! I like to mix in chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and/or pineapple tidbits, too. Thank-you!
Great no fail muffins. Have made them twice. Once I added walnuts and the second time I added blueberries. I like to add some vanilla to the mix and leave out the nutmeg.
Wow these are so delicious! They rose perfectly - which is a first for me, being a typically bad muffin maker. I was pleasantly surprised with these muffins given the average reviews. I think they deserve a lot higher! I followed the recipe as written, adding chocolate chips to half and dried cranberries to one - but once I tasted them I realised the extras are not needed. Baked in 15minutes. So yummy and filling! Highly recommended! Thanks for the awesome recipe
