I wanted an easy cookie recipe and this sure fit the bill. The only thing I did differently was, that I used a tablespoon of lemon extract and the greatings of 2 lemons. The cookies came out perfect and the taste was spectacular. Thanks for sharing.

These were great. They weren't too sweet at all, just right. Although i did contemplate replacing some of the flour with cocoa to make chocolate cookies i didn't. Which i'm glad for because these were great as is. I don't know what everyone that said they had a weird after taste means, mine didn't. These are a keeper.

I made these cookies this past sunday and they were great! Store bought cookie mixex are not the exact amount of servings that the say they make. I accidently added to much flour and they turned in to cookie cakes but they were still great!!!
These were delicious and so easy to make! I skipped the smushing with extra sugar and they came out puffy and soft. I really like how they're not very sweet.
I also added 1/2 tsp cinnamon to half the dough and those came out great as well!
These turned out excellent. They were nice and soft as advertised. The best part for me was that I could make them with the ingredients on hand which made me try this recipe. These will definitely be made again.
I also used 1 cup of sugar but kept the flour at 2 cups. Instead of oil I used 1/3 cup of butter, and 1/3 cup of shortening. Very good cookies, will definitely make these again!

I also used 1 cup sugar & about 2 1/3 cup flour. The batter seemed' greasy' but they baked up beautifully. Perfectly shaped and geat texture. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I could taste the oil. I am a butter person so next time I will try to substitute butter. Dh is the Sugar cookie lover and he thought they were great. I will make again. Just a matter of personal 'taste'. Thanks for the recipe.
