This was great with the perfect sweet/tang mix. As another reviewer suggested, I added about 1/2 cup quick oatmeal to the topping mixture. I also threw in a few strawberries that needed to be used. It was gone in a flash with these rhubarb-eating guys around here!

Since I did not read the recipe properly, I added waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much butter. It ended up all runny and gross. Word of advice, make sure you follow the recipe exactly. I think if I made it again, I would put oats or something in it to make the top crunchy. Though, I might just start with less butter :P

Our son was in charge of dessert for our anniversary supper and since I had just cleaned out the 2nd rhubarb patch, he picked this recipe. He used 3 cups rhubarb and 1 cup frozen blueberries. Served warm with ice cream and enjoyed by all. Not too sweet and not to tangy.

Great! I had some frozen rhubarb and needed to get rid of it before this years batch comes in so I made this for desert last evening and took it to DD's house as we were invited for dinner. Every one that likes rhubarb pie thought it was great. Just the right sugar and just the right :tang". With all the dry ingredients I was worried that there may not be enough moisture but it was perfect. Thanks PuglyDuckling and I will make this again. GemBob
