These were really good! I added an extra 1/4 cup water because it seemed too dry when I was mixing. I had to cook longer also, about 30 min, but probably because I didn't separate the squares after I rolled them onto the cookie sheet. (common sense told me I should but I tend to never do something a recipe doesn't tell me to.) I've been trying to make what I would normally buy in a box, and these are so much better than the snack crackers I usually give my kids. And now I know exactly what is in them. Will become a staple in my house!

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll on cookie sheet and cut into squares.
  3. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake at 375* for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Very good! (To roll out, I put waxed paper on the top and roll with rolling pin. Prevents the pin from sticking to the dough.) I guessed at number of servings.
