Live in East Tennessee with a basset, Mr. Peabody a basset wannabe, Molly and 2 cats Percy & Mazda. I've been a social worker with mentally challenged adults for 20 years. I'm an avid birder & enjoy all of nature's critters-well maybe not yellow jackets.
Love to cook & have used this site a bunch so thought I ought to speak up. As with many folks her I look at a recipe, use what I have on hand or tweak to my preferences and go from there.
