"This really yummy cereal-like mix of nuts and grains is a great, super-healthy snack/dessert any time of day. (Sorry if anything here is unclear, I'm translating this from my grandma, who's Swedish)."

  • Mix the water with the oil.
  • Set the oven to 400°F.
  • Mix everything else in a baking pan, splash/spray water over everything.
  • Press with fingers so that the moisture is evenly dispersed.
  • Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, taking it out 3 to 4 times to stir around.
