Grandma tells me this is how she makes her kidney bean salad, however, she did not give me any quantities, so this is a guess on my part.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 2 dill pickles, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- A simple yet delicious salad.
