  1. Use German/Amish-style egg noodles for best results.
  2. Boil chicken until the meat falls off the bone.
  3. Debone and cut it up into tiny pieces.
  4. Put mean back into water, boiling, and add the egg noodles.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Boil until noodles grown in size and are soft, and all water is absorbed or boiled off.
