This is a great tasting, easy recipe for butter tarts. I made this for the mini dessert buffet for my parents 50th anniversary party. I used Short crust Pastry Recipe 177343 and placed them in a muffin tin.
Tried these butter tarts last Christmas and definitely going to make them again this year. They are as simple to make as they are delicious to eat. I am not a fan of raisins so I used pecans instead and everyone loved them....This a favorite for me sure..Thanks
