  • Mix the beans, brown sugar and ketchup in a baking dish.
  • Pull the bacon apart and place on top of the beans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is done and beans are bubbly. About 1 hour.

  1. These were excellent!! Very similar to the way my mom makes them. I cut the recipe down by 4 since it was just DH and myself and it was the perfect amount. Will make again!! Made for Spring 2009 PAC.
     
  2. Made these for a potluck (not something I'd normally make for myself, 'cause of pork & bacon included)! Still, knowing my neighbors, I knew they'd enjoy it, & the bean dish really was A BIG SUCCESS! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick-A-Chef]
