i made this in a small loaf pan this morning. This is easy, cheap, and tastes great, I had it warm with butter this morning and then tried a slice toasted with lunch. Works well both ways. Thanks for posting Sean. Made for PAC pring 2010.

it was a bit too dense for my taste, also it took me an additional 20 minutes to cook, and even then there was a spot of dough still in the center. Kind of chewy. Edible, but I wouldn't make it again.
