This recipe came from my grandma and I've adapted it to fit my tastes. Great for Thanksgiving.

I thought no way, the sugar needs to be cut down. But i followed the directions. It wasn't horribly, sickeningly sweet as i imagined it would be but I do still think the sugar can be cut back. I also used much more tofu because using only a small amount of the package seemed wasteful. It worked out just fine. Everybody LOVED this & what a great way to sneak some protein in. ;) made for PAC Fall '12.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients for souffle very well and pour into a buttered pan.
  3. Crumble the topping evenly over the sweet potatoe mixture.
  4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes uncovered.
