  1. If you like cheese and canned green chilies, you are going to love this! I halved the recipe, using 2 small cans of chilies (recipe does not specify size) & baked in 8X8 pyrex dish. I think whole recipe will serve more that 4 to 6 people. Very easy to prepare & utterly delicious.

  2. I just received a similar recipe from a relative and tried it last night. My recipe call for 3 eggs and 1/4 cup flour. I used 2 cups of salsa and no tomato sauce. It had a good flavor, but I found it to be too greasy from the 2 pounds of cheese. It is very rich and serves more like 6-8. I will try it again and cut way back on the cheese. Thanks for the recipe.

  3. linlatham, I used whole chilies that I boiled, then seeded and deveined. I put the cheese misxture in the chilies, then followed the instructions for the rest. This recipe was every bit as good as I have had at any Mexican restaurant.
