  1. Very yummy. The recipe is very basic and you can add anything you like. I used raisins and coconut in mine as I was out of nuts but will use this easy recipe again and again since my husband is a cookie freak. DH gave 6 thumbs. Thanks. Made for PAC Spring 09.

  2. Just so you know up front ~ Although you indicate a total time for prep & cooking of 3 1/4 hours, my total time for everything was just under 2 hours! That said, these VERY TASTY COOKIES were a pleasure to make! We thoroughly enjoyed the combo of oats & chips & nuts ~ OUTSTANDING. & forget the time, 'cause these are very easy to make! Thanks for a great cookie treat! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees at the tail end of the current Pick A Chef]

I love experimenting with cooking and rarely follow a recipe details. A pinch of this, a pinch of that, maybe a little of this. It's all good right? As a Young Living member/leader I also like to include essential oils in my recipes. They add a zip of flavor.
