- Mix and sift flour and salt. Gradually add the egg until a stiff dough is formed.
- Knead for a few minutes on floured board.
- Roll out until it is 1/8 inches thick.
- Cut into any length strips and let dry completely.
This recipe serves 4.This is a very stiff dough. I needed a floured surface to roll out. Good taste.
