  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix together flour, soda and baking powder, set aside.
  • In another bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and mix.
  • Add flour mixture to butter, sugar and egg mixture and stir.
  • Add rolled oats and peanuts and stir well.
  • Place tablespoons of dough, a couple inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool on cookie sheet and enjoy!

I love to cook! Right now I'm trying as many Romanian recipes as I can find :) My husband is Romanian, so I want to be able to cook some dishes he might like. Any suggestions would be appreciated! So far I've made mititei, cozonac, ciorba and mamaliga. I love everything I've made so far. :) Pofta Buna!
