Grandma Geldner's Famous Inhalers

These are so good, my husband literally inhales them. He gets a tin of them for Christmas each year and they go fast! Just a note: This is for peanut butter lovers and those who like very sweet stuff. I can only handle a couple of these :) (and normally I can handle pretty sweet desserts, but usu. recipes with regular chocolate.)

• Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients:

Yield: 60 cookies

• 1 lb white chocolate , melted
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups peanuts
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 3 cups Rice Krispies

Directions:

1. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in a double boiler.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Drop by tablesponfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets and let cool.

Made these today and they started disappearing before they were firm. Really very easy to make and the kids love them.

I love these! Yes, they are rich so I usually make them small but they're really addicting. The only changes I make is I use white almond bark instead of white chocolate. I've been making these for my holiday cookie tray for years and they don't stay around long. And they're SO easy to make. If you haven't tried these I'd highly suggest you do. They're really yummy!! These are super easy to make, but mine were so sicky sweet I couldn't stand to eat them. My Mom, who is a peanut butter fanatic, loved them though.
