directions

• Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 10" pie plate and set aside. Unwrap cinnamon rolls and seperate. Uncoil each roll and beginning in center of pie plate, place rolls in a continuous spiral with space in between each loop.
• In a mixer bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix till smooth.
• Put cheese mixture into a ziploc bag and cut off a generous corner of the bag and then squeeze the mixture in between the layers of dough in the pie plate.
• Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden and center is done.
• Warm icing (that comes with the rolls) in the microwave for 20 seconds to drizzling consistency and pour over hot rolls. Allow to sit for a few minutes so icing can get into all those nooks and crannies.
• Serve.

I credit my mother and aunt for my love of cooking--Mom for her creativity and my aunt for putting the apron on me and letting me go. I enjoy baking most of all and when I get time, that's what I do for fun. There's never a shortage of takers! During the holidays I am a maniac for baking cookies and every year around late October, I start prowling for new creative, different ideas.
