From Taste of the South magazine by Shirley Corriher. Perfect for Golden, Moist Carrot Cake. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter until soft.
  2. Add cream cheese and beat until blended and smooth.
  3. Blend in confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and orange-flavored liqueur.
  4. I added 3T of orange zest (1 medium CA navel orange) , then chill.
  5. Used as a dip for thin ginger snaps.
