I modified this for 1 serving. I used 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 egg, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 3 tablespoons raisins, and some vanilla and stevia. I microwaved it on 50% power for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through. Like others mentioned, it came out eggy and although it tasted okay I wouldn't make it
