Another of my grandmother's famous desserts. Super easy and a classic comfort food.

I modified this for 1 serving. I used 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 egg, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 3 tablespoons raisins, and some vanilla and stevia. I microwaved it on 50% power for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through. Like others mentioned, it came out eggy and although it tasted okay I wouldn't make it
again.

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and milk together.
  2. Add rice and add cinnamon and raisins to taste; stir.
  3. Microwave for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
