This was a really easy way to use up some corn flakes that we never eat, but not something I'd just make for the heck of it. I also had the problem with the cereal floating to the top, leaving a milky substance at the bottom. Was that normal or was there some adjustment that I need to make?

If you were wondering if Special K could be substituted for cornflakes, I assure it can not. LOL. I made this last night and it did not work for me at all. The cereal floated to the top leaving hot milk underneath with pieces of scrambled eggs floating around. It sounds sooo good. I will definitely try it again with the right ingredients.

I wanted to make some old fashioned recipes for my family to try this year for Thanksgiving. This recipe is a new favorite with us all! My DGS wanted to try this one first because he loves cornflakes and pudding and said this one was cool looking! I dished it up to those that wanted to try it and they adored it!!! He said he never knew cornflakes could be so good. Served with a big scoop of cool whip everyone loved it! DGS hosied what was left when it was time to go home and brought it proudly to the car!
