ingredients
- 1 cup rotini pasta, uncooked
- 12 ounces smoked ham, cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄3 cup green pepper, diced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons diced pimentos
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Boil pasta and cook per package directions.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refridgerate for about 3 hours.
- Stir and serve!

Absolutely loved this pasta salad & although I did cut the recipe in half, the halved ingredient amounts were followed! Even loved the sweet pickle relish (I much prefer sweet pickles over the dill, but then, that's just me)! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! Really great pasta salad! Instead of 1 cup of rotini, I used 16 oz. of cellentani pasta, then doubled all the other ingredients. I probably could of increased the dressing amounts a little bit more, but it worked out fine. I was hesitant regarding the sweet pickle relish but it gave just the amount of flavor and made this a different take on pasta salad. Thanks for sharing. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
