What a trea! Crispy and fluffy and OMG the honey butter! Made for brunch today as part of ZWT6. I halved the recipe with no difficulty. Lovely way to end a meal. I will be making this regularly for fruit toppings and as a breakfast treat and a special dessert. Thanks for KEEPER!

Very nice and fun change of breakfast pace. The only change I made was in using gluten-free flour. I had always wanted to try this when seeing them served to others in restaurants. Some of our family ate it with honey butter, some with sugar free maple syrup.

This is one of my family's favorite breakfast time treats! One of my German-Russian great-great-grandmother's legacy recipes...we savor it and remember. In my family, we drizzle the pancake with lemon juice and sprinkle powdered sugar on top, as an alternative to honey.

i love the idea of pancakes in the oven, next time i might try to do something to thicken the batter a bit, or maybe just double the recipe. probally will reduce temp because after 30 minutes the edges burn quite a bit on the one pan. i didnt make honey butter because i felt they were buttery enough so i cut them into rectangles and drizzled honey over mine, and maple syrup on DF ans DBF's. thanks for the recipie
