This is lovely, a very nice salad. Kind of like a coleslaw because I chopped everything in the food processor, but I like it that way and would happily make it again like that. I halved this recipe because I wanted a smaller amount (and doing this worked great). Also, I used red onion because regular onions raw upset my stomach. Thanks for posting this Breeze144, your grandmother has some good recipes.
