  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 12 cups desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks

  • COOK MIXTURE. In a saucepan, mix desiccated coconut, Grahams, butter, flour, condensed milk and egg yolks. Heat and stir to combine well.
  • FORM AND SERVE. Cool mixture then form into balls. Roll balls in extra cup of desiccated coconut. Serve.
