      Preheat oven to 350.

      Place graham crackers close together on baking sheet, set aside.

      In medium saucepan, melt butter & sugar, stir in nuts. pour hot mixture over crackers, spreading mixture slightly to cover entire cracker surface.

      Bake for 8 min., cool, break into smaller pieces.

      Try a piece. Die of sheer bliss! :).
