Graham Cracker Cookie Bar Dessert
- Mix together the first four ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. Spread the filling over the layer of whole graham crackers. Cover with second layer of graham crackers.
- For frosting:.
- Combine 1/2 cup margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and spread on top of the hole graham crackers. Cover with foil and refrigerate. Cut into serving size pieces before serving.
